TAM has secured the entire block of rooms at the lovely Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Inn at a discounted group rate of $159 per night from Monday, October 22 to Thursday, October 25. Space is limited, so make sure you register for the conference as soon as possible!
MTA will pay for up to 2 hotel rooms for 1 night (Wednesday 10/24) if attendee is attending RTAP Training on 10/24-PM and/or RTAP Training 10/25-AM. This will be on a reimbursement basis. The registrant will need to submit a RTAP Reimbursement Form to MTA/OLTS after the Conference. Contact Jeannie Fazio at MTA (email@example.com) for more information.

Next, please enter your arrival date, number of nights, number of adults and the Group Reservation Number,
33127 in the “Enter Promo Code” box and click, “Book Now”. Please know that you cannot enter a date
outside of the group block reservation.
This is the screen that will reflect all of the room choices. Pick what type of room you would like and click, “Book Now”.
Once you have selected your room type, it will offer you upgrades. Please click, “Continue” if you would like to take advantage of those amenities.
Next, you will enter your personal information and payment information. Click, “Continue”.
You will then receive your confirmation number and our system will send you a confirmation email as well.
